EKF Reversing Contactor 630A - Metal & Black

The KTE EKF PROxima contactors consist of a body with fixed contacts installed in it and movable contacts fixed in the movable part of the magnetic system. The fixed part of the magnetic system is rigidly mounted in the KTE body. A spring prevents contact closing. When voltage is applied to the control coil, a magnetic field arises in the magnetic system, overcoming spring resistance, closing the magnetic system and the contacts. When the coil voltage is removed, the spring opens the contacts. The reversing KTE EKF PROxima scheme comprises two KTE EKF PROxima contactors mounted on two guides; a mechanical interlock between them prevents simultaneous activation of both contactors. The contactor terminals are connected by corresponding busbars. The KTE EKF PROxima series contactor won a medal at the international "Electro-2008" exhibition in the category "Best electrical equipment". Warning: Before using the contactor, remove the device cover, extract foam fixators holding contacts, and replace the cover ensuring tight fit. Before installation, visually inspect for mechanical damage like chips, cracks, or breaks. Installation is allowed in vertical and horizontal positions.
